Sub Sales
Hempfield Marching Band subs are a long-standing tradition – we’ve been making them since 1966!
Band subs are the primary fundraiser for the yearly trip. Parents and students are encouraged to sell subs to fundraise for the trip and support the general fund.

Absence Forms
If your child will be absent from a practice or performance, please fill out the proper forms 48 hours in advance.

Medical Forms
Please note that if your child requires medication on any band trip (even over the counter medication) you MUST submit a doctor’s order for it.
You should also submit District Medical Permission Form - Doctor's Orders.
The nurse typically carries the following medications: Tylenol (325mg, 500mg), Ibuprofen, Tums, Pepto, Meclizine or Dramamine, Benadryl, Lactaid and basic first aid supplies.

Letterman Jackets
Students are able to use their fundraising credits for letterman jackets.

Visit Dominic's in Greensburg and purchase a letterman jacket (they are typically around $350)

Once you have fundraised enough to cover your trip, any additional may be applied towards the cost of the jacket

You can but do not need to fundraise the entire cost of the jacket; any amount up to the full purchase price can be reimbursed
